Yateks Realta 3D Measurement Video Borescope — 3.9 mm Side View
The Yateks Realta 3D Measurement Video Borescope System combines industrial video inspection with 3D measuring and surface mapping software. This configuration features a 3.9 mm outer-diameter probe with 90° side viewing, all-way articulation, and an 8 - 100 mm depth of field. A 7" Full HD IPS touchscreen monitor, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, and replaceable insertion tubes support inspection and analysis of industrial components.

3D Measurement and Surface Mapping
Embedded 3D stereo measurement software generates a surface map with cursor points across the inspected part or surface image. Operators can measure length, perpendicular distance, depth, multiple line segments, and area. The listed measurement functions include point to point, point to line, point to area, and area/line, with a specified measurement margin of error of <5%.

Touchscreen Viewing and Display Sharing
The 7" IPS touchscreen displays live inspection images alongside 3D measurements and mapping. Touchscreen operation provides access to software controls and measurement functions. Inspection images can also be shared with additional displays through wireless connectivity or a wired mini HDMI connection.
Articulation and Probe Positioning
All-way articulation allows the probe tip to look back on itself with up to 220° of one-way bending. The system provides 360° steering, articulation locking, and adjustable direction fine-tuning for controlled probe positioning.
Rechargeable Power and Replaceable Probes
The removable, independently rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack provides up to 4 hours of continuous runtime. The insertion probe uses a 4-layer tube made from tungsten alloy and braided steel wire and is waterproof with an IP67 rating.
The modular insertion probe can be replaced if damaged. Keeping additional insertion probes available can help reduce downtime and maintain inspection operations.
