Return & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the specialized nature of video borescopes—many of which are custom-built to order—we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than confirmed shipping damage or an error on our part.

Pre-Purchase Assistance

If you’re unsure about specifications (diameter, length, direction of view, illumination, or resolution), please email us at salestech@alabamaprobe.com before purchasing. Our team will help you select the correct configuration for your application.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders typically move into production immediately. Once an order is acknowledged, changes or cancellations are not accepted. If you contact us before acknowledgment, we will attempt to assist at our discretion.

Shipping Damage or Order Errors

  • Inspect on delivery. Report any visible damage or shortages within 3 business days of receipt.

  • We will arrange replacement parts or repairs as appropriate. A damage claim or correction does not constitute a return for refund.

Warranty & Service

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty service is handled through the standard RMA process (repair or replacement, as applicable). Warranty claims do not permit returns for refund.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Refusing delivery or providing an undeliverable address does not constitute a return. Additional storage, return freight, and re-delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items (without exception)

  • Custom-built probes and systems

  • Special-order configurations and accessories

  • Opened consumables or accessories exposed to inspection environments

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
