Yateks Inspexa 3D 3.9 mm Direct-View Industrial Video Borescope
The Yateks Inspexa 3D Industrial Video Borescope combines a 3.9 mm direct-view probe with integrated 3D measurement, all-direction motorized articulation, and an 8" Full HD touchscreen monitor. This configuration provides 720 x 720-pixel probe resolution, a 120°±10° field of view, and a 3–50 mm depth of field. Fiber white illumination reaches up to 60,000 lux.

Integrated 3D Measurement
The Inspexa 3D uses Yateks’ Realta 3D measurement engine built into the probe. The platform combines a dual megapixel high-sensitivity industrial camera with real-time processing to generate a live 3D point cloud, depth map, and profile of the inspected object.
Measurement modes include point-to-point distance, point-to-line distance, point-to-plane depth, multi-line length, area, and profile. Real-time verification of each selected measurement point helps reduce errors associated with point selection. Point clouds can be exported in PLY format for offline review and documentation.
Full HD Touchscreen Platform
The Inspexa 3D shares the standard Inspexa system’s 8" touchscreen monitor, ergonomic handle, and motorized articulation controls. Its 1920 x 1200 display upgrades the 720p monitor used on the P+ Series. Touchscreen menus provide access to inspection, image adjustment, and measurement functions.
Motorized Articulation and Probe Options
A 360° electric joystick provides articulation control with lock and reset functions. The articulation range varies with probe length:
- 1.0 m: 170°±10°
- 1.5 m: 150°±10°
- 2.0 m: 120°±10°
- 3.0 m: 110°±10°
The system is interchangeable with all Inspexa series probe sizes, lengths, and styles.
Benchtop and Field Inspection
Designed for benchtop and field applications, the Inspexa 3D supports nondestructive testing and remote visual inspection in aerospace, power generation, and other demanding inspection environments. Rechargeable lithium-ion power provides up to 3 hours of runtime per set.
